Ridgeway Development Group is an owner-managed construction company serving the Oklahoma City metro. We plan and build outdoor living spaces, remodels, spec homes and commercial projects, and every one is held to the same written standard from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. Because we take on a select number of projects at a time, Cayden Ridgeway remains personally involved in each one, while your client portal keeps you informed at every stage of the work.

Cayden remodeled his first home at nineteen and built his first at twenty-two, and he still leads the estimating, takes part in the design meetings, signs your contract personally and walks the final punch list with you.
Our story.
Ridgeway Development Group started with one house. Cayden Ridgeway was twenty-two and couldn’t find a home he liked at a price he could afford, so he built one himself.
The home was well received, and the developer of that neighborhood urged him to build more. Other kinds of projects followed, and the company grew from there. RDG was founded to fill a need Cayden had himself, and its purpose today is to fill that same need for others.
