Our privacy notice.
This site collects very little. The sections below describe what happens when you use it.
Information this site collects
This website does not ask you to create an account, and the only cookies it sets are the Google Analytics cookies described under Analytics.
Requests for an estimate
Every request button on this site opens a form hosted by Jobber, the software in which we manage our jobs. That form asks for your name, contact details and property address, and Jobber holds what you submit on our behalf so we can respond to you, quote the work, and manage the job if you hire us.
The list signup on the Spec Homes page asks for your name, your email and, if you choose, where and when you hope to buy. It is received by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and used only to tell you about our upcoming homes. Ask us at any time and we will remove you from the list.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the trades and suppliers who need it to do the work you have asked us for.
Third parties you may reach from this site
Financing is offered through Acorn Finance, which is a marketplace of lenders. Ridgeway is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. If you follow a financing link, what happens next is between you and Acorn under their own privacy policy, and the financing page loads one image hosted by Acorn, so their servers see the same request information any website sees.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request. It also links out to our Google Business Profile and our Thumbtack profile. Following any of those links takes you under that company's policy rather than ours.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful and whether our advertising is working. It records pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, the type of device and browser, and which site referred you, and it uses cookies on this domain to recognize a returning browser. It also records when a visitor presses a request button, taps our telephone number, joins the Spec Homes list, along with the wording of the button and the page it sits on, so we can see which pages lead to enquiries. We do not use it to identify you personally. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and you can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Children
This site is aimed at people commissioning construction work. We do not knowingly collect anything from children.
